Greige N9

A working pale — the colour a room defaults to when you leave it alone. Most Greige N9 installs end up on kitchen islands and splashbacks or open-plan reception areas. Sits comfortably alongside sandstone, exposed concrete and patinated metals. Within the Microcement range, Greige N9 carries the kind of warmth that makes evenings feel right and warm grey-beige undertones — the modern designer default in overall character. Owes a small debt to contemporary neutral, but doesn't ask the rest of the room to follow.

FAQs about Greige N9

Questions clients ask about this shade

Does Greige N9 hold up in north-facing rooms?+

Yes — Greige N9 carries enough warm pigment that it doesn't go flat or grey in cool daylight. The warm grey-beige undertone is what stops it bleaching out.

Is Greige N9 suitable for a shower or wet-room?+

Greige N9 can be specified for wet-rooms with our standard microcement wet-zone build: primer, two base coats with reinforcing mesh, two finishing coats, then a tanking membrane and two coats of polyurethane sealer. The colour itself doesn't change suitability — finish and sealer do.

What does Greige N9 pair with from your range?+

We most often pair Greige N9 with the three closest shades in its family — see the pairings panel below. Beyond that, it complements honed limestone, raw concrete, wire-brushed oak and matt-black ironmongery.
