Resin floor installers

Resin and Epoxy Floor Installers, Based in Crawley

Most resin floors that fail were fitted well and specified badly. As installers we start with the slab, not the colour chart: we test it, prepare it mechanically, phase the work around your site and hand the floor back on a cure time that is real rather than hopeful.

Where this works

  • Domestic garages, home gyms and bike stores
  • Warehouses, production halls and loading bays
  • Vehicle workshops and maintenance bays
  • Car parks, ramps and external thresholds
  • Commercial kitchens, showrooms and retail floors

How we install it

  1. 1
    Free survey and slab test

We come to site, test the concrete and look at how the floor is actually used. The quote follows the numbers, which is why it holds.

  2. 2
A programme you can trade around

Bays are closed, finished and handed back one at a time. Racking is decanted once, and night or weekend working keeps the unit open.

  3. 3
    Mechanical prep and repairs

Diamond grinding or captive shot blasting with vacuum recovery, joints chased and carried through, cracks resin stitched before any coat goes down.

  4. 4
    Hand applied and handed back

The system is applied to specified thickness, sealed and line marked once cured, and you are told honestly when it can take foot and wheeled traffic.

Common pitfalls we prevent

Hiring a fitter who quotes by square metre over the phone without testing the slab
Reopening to forklifts on the foot traffic timing and printing tyre marks into a soft coat
Putting an industrial resin into a living room when a decorative microcement floor is the right finish

Frequently asked

Do you cover my area?+

We are based in Crawley and work within about 70 miles, across the BN, RH, PO and TN postcode areas. Pick your town below for local coverage.

Do you fit epoxy or microcement?+

Both, but for different jobs. Epoxy and other resins are hard wearing coatings for garages, workshops and commercial floors. Microcement is a fine decorative finish for homes. Our comparison guide sets out where each wins.

Can you work while we stay open?+

Usually yes. We phase in bays and night and weekend shifts are normal, so the whole site is never down at once.

Do you install mezzanine floors?+

No. We coat and finish mezzanine decks, stairs and landings. The steelwork and deck itself are installed by your mezzanine contractor, and we work alongside them.

How do I get a price?+

Call 07385 259215 or send an enquiry. We survey and test the slab first, because a price without those readings is a guess.
