Slip claims and near misses come from the same few places: the ramp, the loading bay threshold, the wash down area and the bottom of the stairs. Line marking is the other half of the same job, because a walkway nobody can see is not a walkway.

How we install it
- 1Walk the site with your safety lead
We map where water, oil and grit actually land, not where the drawing says they should. That decides which zones need R12 and which are fine at R11.
- 2Match aggregate to cleaning
A floor cleaned by auto scrubber needs a finer, more closable profile than one hosed down. Over coarse aggregate makes a floor safe and impossible to keep clean, which is how it ends up polished smooth again.
- 3Set out and sign off
Aisle lines, pedestrian routes and hatching are chalked and taped, then walked with your team before any paint goes down, because moving a painted line costs a shift.
- 4Apply and hand back in zones
We work in bays overnight so racking stays loaded and the site trades normally the next morning.

What slip rating do we need?+
R11 covers most internal traffic areas. R12 suits ramps, thresholds and areas that get wet regularly, and R13 is for continuously wet or greasy zones such as wash down and food preparation. We confirm against your own risk assessment.
Can line marking be done without stopping operations?+
Usually yes. We mark in zones overnight or at weekends, with markings ready for traffic within four to twelve hours depending on the paint system and temperature.
How long does line marking last?+
In a warehouse aisle, three to five years before touch up, longer where trucks do not turn on the lines. Painted lines in turning circles wear fastest and are usually the only part needing refresh.
Can you add anti slip to an existing resin floor?+
Yes, by abrading the existing surface and applying a broadcast coat, provided the existing coating is sound and compatible. We test adhesion in a small area first.
Do you do external ramps and yards?+
Yes, with a UV stable polyurethane or MMA system and a coarser aggregate suited to outdoor grit and standing water. Those areas are timed around dry weather windows.
