How we install it
- 1Early input on the substrate
The cheapest time to fix a microcement problem is at screed specification. Tell us the floor build up at design stage and we will confirm what is needed for movement, heating and levels.
- 2Sample package for client sign off
Boards are produced in the exact combination you are proposing, labelled with the pigment, texture and sheen so the specification is unambiguous when it goes to tender.
- 3Coordinate with the programme
We give you realistic durations for each area including drying, so the finishes are not compressed into the last week and blamed for a delay they did not cause.
- 4Handover pack
Client receives an aftercare document, product data and a record of the pigment batch, so future maintenance is not a mystery to whoever inherits the building.

Can you produce samples for client presentation?+
Yes, A4 and A3 boards in your exact pigment, trowel texture and sheen, produced by the applicator who would carry out the work, so what the client approves is what gets installed.
What documents can you supply for tender?+
Technical data sheets, COSHH assessments, build up sections, RAMS, public liability insurance and references from comparable schemes.
How should the finish appear in a specification?+
Name the system, the total thickness, the pigment reference, the trowel texture, the sheen level and the sealer coat count. We will draft that wording for you if it helps keep tender returns comparable.
Do you work under a main contractor?+
Regularly. We attend site inductions, work to the contractor programme, and provide the paperwork the site team needs before we come on site.
At what stage should you be involved?+
As early as the screed and substrate decisions. Involvement at that point avoids nearly every problem that shows up later as a crack, a level issue or a threshold that cannot be detailed.
